Although undated, Ellen Ford likely stitched her small sampler using wool threads during the mid to late 19th century. The reproduction has been stitched on 32 count linen using Gentle Arts Simply Wool. This sampler can be framed in a standard 8 x 10 frame as shown. The stitch count is 93 wide x 133 high and uses cross stitch only. As an alternative to wool, Gentle Arts over-dyed threads may be used
